1972 Bulova Sea King 35mm Day Date 10k RGP Cushion Case Wristwatch with Box and Papers. This wristwatch features an automatic 23 jewel movement with Day/Date and a Tiger's Eye gemstone champagne dial. This wristwatch comes equipped with a new genuine leather strap with matching gold tone buckle and will fit up to a 8.5 inch wrist. This watch comes with the outer box, inner display box, manual, and papers.
This wristwatch is in overall excellent vintage condition. The crystal is free of cracks or scuffing. The dial is clear and legible with light signs of aging. The hands retain their gold tone with light signs of aging. The case has light scratching and a ding on the lug near the 11 o'clock position. The Bezel has light scratching and a V shaped ding at the 3 o'clock position. The caseback has moderate scratching and scuffs but all stampings are clear and legible. The movement is running strong at +27 seconds a day, the day/date feature flips at midnight and changes as expected. The watch winds automatically and manually as expected. The outer box shows obvious signs of age from storage and has numerous scuffs. The inner box has light signs of age. History of this timepiece is unknown.
