Shipping Schedule
Monday - Friday:
Orders with confirmation placed before 11 AM CST typically ship same day excluding holidays. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.
Saturday - Sunday:
Orders with confirmation placed over weekends or outside of normal operating hours will be shipped on the next available business day. Orders placed on a Friday evening will be shipped on the following Monday excluding holidays.
Delivery times may vary between locations, weather, natural disasters and by shipping method.

We strive to build relationships with our clients and we understand that sometimes, things just don't work out. We offer a 7-Day return policy to ensure a pleasant experience for our customers. See terms and conditions below.
Terms and Conditions
Items may be returned within 7 Days from the date of delivery provided the following conditions are met.
- Items returned must include all booklets, manuals, boxes, authentication forms, papers or documentation provided at the time of sale.
- Items must be returned unworn and in original, undamaged condition.
- Closeout, special orders and custom work items are non-refundable and are considered final sale.
- Returned items can not be altered in any way including but not limited to: removal of metal or stones, resizing, replacement of stones.
Returns are handled on a per case basis at the sole discretion of CM Jewelry Co.
